Sunday was the final of the 2020 Handiskins competition. With the Club Captain officiating, the 4 combatants set off to chase the elusive pot of $1200 in club vouchers. The finalists for this year were Michael Thomas, Richard Hamilton, Riall Harrison and Ian Phipps. As with the way skins competitions go the first 2 holes were squared with Michael Thomas picking up a triple on the 3rd hole. There was a bit of jousting until the 8th hole which started a 4 hole jackpot which Michael Thomas won. Then there was another 4 hole jackpot that Ian Phipps won and cleaned up the major win for the day. The nearest the pins for the day were both won by Riall Harrison. So overall Ian Phipps won $460 in club vouchers, Michael Thomas $400, Richard Hamilton $180 and Riall Harrison $160.
