Until the Cowboys receive the options from the Group and our committee has had a chance to discuss and consider, I don't want to comment on what our position is.

In saying this, our decision will be based on a number of factors including timing of the restart, player welfare, and the financial impact on the club.
Mick Fraser (DUBBO CYMS)
We're keen to see what Group 10 thinks. That's our line of thinking but first and foremost is the effect on the economy and we're mindful of where we stand.
It's good to have hope and be positive but I'm not sure how you would run a normal season.
Joe Spicer (PARKES SPACEMEN)
We're very interested in the combined western model. It's a great idea and this is the opportunity to experiment with it.
It would go for eight to 10 weeks and give everyone an opportunity for a run, it's something different so would get the interest up, and there's been talk about it the last couple of years so it would scratch that itch.
Archie Harding (NARROMINE JETS)
A lot of players have lost interest.
The consensus of Narromine is we'd be happy to sit this year out and build for next year.
Ross McDermott (MACQUARIE RAIDERS)
Macquarie is still pushing for the full rounds but we're happy to listen to other options.
Glen Neill (NYNGAN TIGERS)
We're still throwing things around but the general feeling here is it's gone and we start again next year.
It's just a woeful situation but at the end of the day it's about player welfare and as a community we might just be better off spending a few months quiet.
