Led by the Kerin Physio & Co. team in partnership with Council, the 45 minute social session will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Parkes Shire Deputy Mayor Cr Barbara Newton said International Women's Day provides an opportunity to celebrate women's achievement at a local level, raise greater awareness about issues impacting women's equality, and highlight and applaud where important gains are being made.
"We are also excited to showcase the wonderfully talented, all-female team at Kerin Physio Co," she said.
In 2020, International Women's Day sees a number of missions to help forge a gender equal world - one of which is to assist women to be in a position of power for making informed decisions about their health.

Following the pilates session, participants are encouraged to stick around to learn more about the range of women's health services offered by Kerin Physio Co. and to enjoy a free coffee from Coffee Fix by Larz.
Physiotherapist and Founder of Kerin Physio & Co. Rachel Kerin said often as women we tend to put ourselves last, rarely making time for ourselves and our health.
"We see a lot of women who come to our clinic and say 'I have had this problem for a while but haven't found time to see anyone about it'," Rachel said.
"Well ladies, now is the time. Whether it is incontinence, osteoporosis, joint or muscle pain, struggling to lose weight or needing help to find the right way to exercise - now is the time.
"It's time for prioritising your health, your body, your mind. This free class on International Women's Day is a step for you on that journey."
Participants are asked to bring along a pilates mat or a towel and arrive a few minutes early to set up.
All are welcome to come along and try a relaxing, energising class surrounded by amazing women and men.
