Police were called to the hotel in Welcome Street at 11.55pm and attempted to intervene, however the men, aged 29 and 38, continued to fight.
Officers successfully deployed a taser at the older man.
Paramedics treated him at the scene before both men were arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station.
They were charged with affray and released on conditional bail to appear at Parkes Local Court on Monday, February 3.

Two vehicles were broken into overnight on Sunday.
A pair of sunglasses were stolen from a Ford Ranger in Church Street and a wallet containing cash and cards was stolen from a van parked behind the Parkes Hotel.

Two eskies containing alcoholic beverages were stolen from separate campsites at the Keast Park campground overnight on Thursday.
A fridge containing beer and wine was also stolen from the campground overnight on Sunday.
The fridge and its contents are valued at $500.

A 21-year-old Parkes male failed a roadside drug test on Sunday night.
Police stopped the driver of a white Ford Falcon on Hartigan Avenue at 10.40pm.
A road side breath test returned a negative result, however the driver returned a positive result to cannabis in the roadside drug test.
He was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station where a DRAGER test also returned a positive result for cannabis.
Police will await results from further analysis before laying any charges.
The man was suspended from driving for 24 hours.

A 32-year-old Parkes woman will face court after being caught driving while disqualified on Sunday night.
Police stopped the woman at Tichborne at 6pm for the purpose of a roadside breath test which returned a negative result.
Inquiries revealed the woman was a disqualified driver and her vehicle was unregistered.
She was charged with driving while disqualified and given an infringement notice for driving an unregistered vehicle.
She will appear in Parkes Local Court at a later date.
