There are many reasons people don't already have plans for Christmas, the team at Havannah House is inviting you to be part of the free community lunch.
Organisers Julie Virtue and Pru MacPhillamy say the lunch is on at the Forbes Town Hall once again, come along midday for a 12.30pm start.
The team has been hosting this lunch for 19 years now, and it's a wonderful event with a friendly atmosphere so don't be shy.
"It's a happy day, a celebration," they say.
The team has been busy making plans for a tasty Christmas lunch.
They're also organising children's activities - there will be musical entertainment by James Whalan and a photo booth where you can have photos taken if you like.
There will also be gifts for the children.
"The whole thing is free, we don't want anyone to miss out," Mrs Virtue says.
"There are all different circumstances why people can't celebrate with family or friends, this is for everyone.
"You're all welcome."
They will also have a phone that you can use to connect with family on the day if needed.
Transport to the lunch is available from both Parkes and Forbes, please phone Havannah House on 6852 1366 by Monday, December 23 so they can make arrangements to pick everyone up and get you to lunch on time.
If you don't need transport, you can just turn up on the day.
They really would love to have you.
A team of volunteers is lined up ready to help out and serve on the day.
