The victories for both the Country 16s and 18s followed the powerful showings in Leeds last week, where wins over another Lions outfit and the Leeds Rhinos were recorded.
The points were piled on again against the Lancashire and Cumbria-based Lions in the early hours of Sunday morning (Australian time) and Western Rams juniors starred throughout.
Six Red Bend Catholic College students were selected for the representative sides: Kyle Mawhinney (Parkes/Grenfell), Finnley Neilsen (Parkes) and Matt Noakes in the 16s and Jack Hartwig, Campbell Woolnough and Ben Lovett (Parkes) in the 18s.
Training and playing at some of England's iconic grounds as well as seeing plenty of sights, the juniors have had a tour to remember.
Both squads got their campaigns off to an impressive start in their first week in Leeds.
NSW Country 16s scored a commanding 62-0 win and backed that up with a 32-10 win over the Leeds Rhinos.
The Under 18s team defeated Community Lions 50-6, with tries to Woolnough and Lovett, and Leeds Rhinos 34-4.
The game against Leeds, played at the Emerald Headingley stadium, started in an arm wrestle with the Rhinos leading 4-0 early in the game until Forbes backrower Jack Hartwig crossed over for a try which shifted the momentum to the NSW Country side.
Hartwig labeled the memorable experience once-in-a-lifetime.
"It was a good game, they stuck it to us a bit at the start but we held on and kept with it," the Group 11 juniors premiership winner said in a post-match interview shared on the squad's Facebook page.
"It is awesome to play at this beautiful stadium and it's a great opportunity."
Hartwig also said how thankful the team was for their families, many of who travelled to the UK with them.
"It is great to have our families over here and without them, we couldn't have got here," he said.
The group moved on to London, touring iconic sights before again taking on the England Community East Lions.
The 16s led the way with another comprehensive 62-0 victory, having stormed out to create a 34-0 lead at half time.
Campbell Woolnough was voted best on park in the 18s game as they stormed to another 56-0 win.
