Well sort of - he's on the building and he's in the form of an emu.
For those who haven't already spotted it, there's a giant Elvis Emu mural that's just been painted on the Parkes Services Club wall, facing Caledonia Street.
And the mural popped up almost as fast as the idea popped into the creator's mind.
Lightning Ridge artist John Murray was passing through Parkes on his way back from Melbourne when he noticed there wasn't a great deal of street art in the town's CBD.
John - who's known for painting a lot of emus - is a good friend of the Lees family in Parkes and turned to them for some guidance on who to contact to bring a painted mural to the centre of town.
Thanks to Raechel Whitchurch (nee Lees) who pointed John in the right direction; and Parkes Shire Council, Parkes Elvis Festival Director Cathy Treasure and festival project officer Beth Walker for the final approval - John was able to go ahead with his idea.
And what better mural to paint than that of John's own Elvis Emu character.

"The Parkes Services Club put their hand up so full credit to them and their general manager Mike Phillips," John said.
"I thought this town needs it - it's good for the town, it's good for everyone and it gives me a plug.
"It's such a boon for the town and you have all these grey nomads travelling through who are following street art and of course for the Elvis festival."
John's never been to the Parkes Elvis Festival but said he would like to attend one year.
It took John two and a half days to paint the 9mx6.5m mural, beginning it on Wednesday and finishing it Friday in sweltering heat.
It's not a first for John to paint murals of this magnitude - he knows exactly the work involved having painted water towers in the past.
