Trundle Bush Tucker secretary Jo Clarke said it was a successful day with a turnout of approximately 1500.
Visitor numbers are on par with previous year's attendance figures, Ms Clarke said, so organisers were impressed with the 2019 turn out.
"We had a lot of locals... and of course the wider area like Dubbo, Mudgee and others. But then of courtse we had our Queensland and Victorian and Canberra cooks come up," she said.
"And Newcastle and up on the northern coast as well. So they really are coming from everywhere, it's really good."

Ms Clarke said events like the Trundle Bush Tucker Day was a great boost for local economies and people's mental health, especially during the dry, difficult times.
"We had a lot of local farmers and landholders attend and it was really nice to see them letting their hair down and having a good time for a change," she explained.
The success organisers are continuing to have with the event just goes to show them that they are on the right track, Ms Clark said.

And the feedback from spectators has also been positive.
With competitors coming from all over, organisers are aware of having the national bush cooking competition as the star attraction of the event
"We've got as lot of enthusiasts that come out," Ms Clarke added.
Some of the 2019 highlights include Ranger Nick's holding cooking demonstrations and the talented volunteers from Northparkes mines were back again to serve up their delicious and free bush tucker tastings.
This was the second year that the event held a 'Bush Tucker Degustation Experience' where visitors enjoyed six courses with boutique beer and wine.
Despite just finishing the 2019 event, the Trundle Bush Tucker committee will have a short break before they convene again soon to iron out the details for next year.
Any profit made on the day will be given distributed to various community groups during the town's Australia Day celebrations.
That same weekend, the town also played host to the Woodbridge Cup grand final, where the Trundle Boomers won their third consecutive year.
The Bush Tucker Day committee congratulated the team for their amazing achievement.
The 2020 Trundle Bush Tucker Day will be held during the first weekend of September in 2020.
