The Cup is a Catholic schools competition for open schoolboy teams, and the College, that features a number of players from Parkes, began their campaign with the Western Region competition.
Red Bend defeated James Sheahan (Orange) and St Johns (Dubbo) to qualify through to the final 16 schools in the state.
Heading to Sydney for the next level of competition, the Forbes college was placed in the top eight to contest the Cup, with the second eight teams playing for the Plate.
Red Bend won their pool games in convincing fashion, defeating: Aquinas College, Menai 12-6; Champagnat College, Pagewood 18-6; and All Saints College St Marys, Maitland 6-0.
This set them up for a grand final meeting with St Johns Woodlawn, and there was no doubting their dominance with a 24-nil victory.
In a thrill for the team, College graduate Billy Burns from Parkes dropped in to cheer them on in the grand final. Burns made his NRL debut with the Penrith Panthers on August 31.
College players featured in the event's individual honours as well.
Tom Phillips was named Player of the Final Series and to put that in perspective, the previous winner Luke Brooks from Holy Cross College Ryde is now playing for West Tigers.
Benji Glasheen from Parkes was named Player of the Match, the previous holder of that title was Adam Elliott from St Gregs, who is now playing for Canterbury Bulldogs.
Jack Hartwig and Cody Crisp were awarded the West Tigers best forward and best back.
