Rovers defeated Cellar Crows 6-1. For Rovers, doubles were scored by Aaron Huppatz, Brad Gardiner and Billy Payne with Neville Kirwan converting for Cellars.
Best for Rovers were Aaron Huppatz, Graeme Thompson, Declan Daley and Zac Redfern with Dan Wilson and Toby Collins playing well for Cellars.
A GRADE WOMEN
Magpies just edged out Rovers Gold 4-3. Two hat-tricks were highlights of the match with India Draper and Merryn Field converting these goals for their respective teams.
Sommer Tanswell also scored for Magpies. India Draper was best on ground with a couple of brilliant individual goals with Wendy Rix and Savannah Draper also strong for Magpies.
Sarah Hartin and Tash Tanks played well for Rovers.
A depleted Rovers Black team struggled against PHI with PHI claiming a 6-1 victory.
Casey Miles scored a hat-trick, Sarah Hartin a double and Jordan Moody a nice deflection goal for PHI.
Denise Gersbach was the lone goal-scorer for Rovers.
B GRADE MEN
Middleton narrowly defeated Cellar Crows Black 3-2 in an exciting match.
Barry Reeves, Will Blunt and Tim Welsh scored for Middleton with Stephen Lewis and Nicholas Gibson converting for Cellars.
Best for Middleton were Will Blunt, Tobey Thorne and Dane Thorne with Kane Nutley and Toby Collins playing well for Cellars.
Marist put in an excellent team performance to defeat Magpies White 3-0. Jeff Westcott, Brendan Hanstock and Grant Rousell all scored in the victory.
Best for Marist were Grant Rousell, Scott Morrissey and Mitch Miles with Tommy Searl and Matt Searl playing well for Magpies.
Cellar Crows Aqua and Magpies Black played out a tight 2-2 draw.
Craig Kelly and Mitch Edwards scored for Cellars with Cody Kirk and Isaac White converting for Magpies.
Best for Cellars were Hugo Fenton and Dane Hendry with Cody Kirk and Joseph Tanswell having their usual consistent games for Magpies.
Rovers Gold played strongly to defeat Magpies Academy 5-1. Josh Glasheen was in great form in the circle scoring a hat-trick with Cooper Huppatz and Declan Daley also converting. Jason Wright scored the lone goal for Academy.
Best for Rovers were Jacob Chambers and Zac Redfern with Archie Rix, Daryn Tanswell, Dave MacGregor and Charlie Summerhayes playing well for Magpies.
B GRADE WOMEN
Star Budgies defeated Middleton Coachman 5-3.
For Budgies, Lauren Hutchinson and Lucy Blackstock scored doubles with Carmen Amor also converting.
Sheridan Kirk scored a hat-trick for Middleton.
Lauren Hutchison was a deserved player of the match for Budgies with Lucy Blackstock also playing well.
Sheridan Kirk and Lyn Cassell were both strong for Middleton.
Magpies Black defeated Rovers Black 1-0 in a close match.
A depleted Rovers side worked overtime in defence but could not stop Laura Jones converting to give her Magpies side the victory.
Best for Magpies were Ella MacGregor, Louise Witherow, Lucy Turner, Erin Carty and Tina Jones.
Marist were too strong for Middleton Eagles winning their match 4-0.
Courtney Rousell scored two excellent goals with Teigan Miles and Sharon Deen-Moody also converting.
Jordan Moody continued her impressive form this season with another great match for Marist with Teigan Miles and Lyndall Matthews also playing strongly.
Danielle McManus and Kathryn Moore played well for Eagles.
Magpies White defeated Magpies Academy 3-0 in a friendly club match.
Tiffani Townsend was again strong in the circle scoring a double with Kate Shambrook also converting for White.
Best for White were Skye Harris and Shianne Quinn with Isla Skinner, Kathryn Gill, Brigette Brack and Maureen Massey playing well for Academy.
