Firefighters were called to a property on Blaxland Street at 1.17pm on Sunday following reports a home was on fire.
"The house was well alight on arrival, with [a] partial roof collapse," Parkes Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews said in a statement.
Parkes and Forbes FRNSW crews, along with Parkes RFS brigade, then battled the blaze and stopped the fire from spreading to adjacent houses.
"Thankfully no one was injured as the occupants self evacuated," Parkes FRNSW said.
The cause of the fire has not be stated.
