Parkes' golden girl of squash, Marley O'Shannessy, has been selected in the NSW under 15s side following a sensational performance at the NSW Combined High Schools (CHS) State Carnival.

The 14-year-old, along with Sam Levick (15) and Thomas Stechly (17) from Parkes High School, headed to Thornleigh for the tournament from July 2-4.
O'Shannessy and her Dunedoo and Bathurst team mates won gold, the second year running Western Region - and O'Shannessy - has won the title.
O'Shannessy was among those selected in the NSW team that will head to New Zealand mid-August for the Tri Series.
Levick and Stechly also did Parkes proud, claiming bronze medals in the teams event, with Sydney North winning the competition.
