The Phil Emmanuel tribute night held last year was such a success that it will now become an annual event and Legacy is set to benefit.
Darcy Emmanuel has again organised a tribute night to celebrate the life and music of his brother to be held on Phil's birthday, July 6. He would be turning 67.
Darcy has secured performances by Phil's podigies, Jamie Bryen and Dean Ray.
"Phil thought Jamie - who is also known as "Floorboards" - was that good that he could play Orange Blossom Special on a barbed wire fence," Darcy said.
"Nathan Bryen will play drums and Glenn Bryen will host the night as well as sing for us."
Local sensation Mick Green has also put his hand up to join the boys in paying tribute to the Australian guitar legend.
Darcy said last year's concert was such a hit, he was able to donate $1580 to Legacy.
"This year tickets will be $20 each with the musicians receiving half and the other half going to Legacy," he said.
Tickets available at the RSL.
Doors open at 6.30pm.
