Member Kim Chambers presented a cheque for $1000 to Parkes Legacy President Bob Brooke and Treasurer Geoff Boland.
Kim said the group was pleased to be able to donate to such a worthy cause.
"We donate to a different charity each year and this year we chose Legacy in keeping with the Anzac theme of the exhibition," he said.
Bob said Parkes Legacy was really grateful to Parkes Painting Group.
"The money will go towards the care of widows and their families of deceased servicemen in Parkes," he said.
The annual exhibition had a change of venue this year, moving from the regular space of the Coventry Room to the Starlight Room of the Parkes Services Club.
Kim said patron numbers were steady.
"It wasn't too bad, it was a bit down on last year but there were a lot of other things on at the same time," he said.
"Overall though, it was really good and the Starlight Room proved to be an excellent venue for us."
Some 80 paintings were featured in this year's Anzac themed exhibition as well as pottery and photography.
