And Parkes junior gun and only Western Ram Finnley Neilsen has made the cut.
Neilsen's selection comes after the NSW Country Under 16s team played a Harold Matthews representative outfit at Penrith Stadium on May 17.
The 20-man squad also includes seven players from the premiership-winning Newcastle Knights team from the UNE Harold Matthews Cup and four players from grand finalists Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs.
