Emergency services were called to the scene of the accident on the Henry Parkes Way near Tanks Road at 5am.
The driver was uninjured when the Toyota Hilux utilty he was driving left the road, and came to rest on its roof next to a large tree.
He failed a roadside breath test, was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station for a breath analysis which returned a low range result.

A 33-year-old Parkes woman was taken to Orange hospital on Saturday afternoon after the motorcycle she was riding collided with a car.
The accident happened at the intersection of Victoria and Bogan Streets at 3.30pm.
The woman had surgery on her pelvis and ankle in Orange before being transferred to Westmead for further surgery.

A 20-year-old Parkes woman was taken to Parkes Hospital with minor injuries after she was involved in a two vehcile collision on Sunday evening.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Bushman and Currajong Streets at 6.20pm.
Police will await the results of mandatory blood tests before taking any action.

Police are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle, trailer and quad bikes from an Agriculture business in Forbes overnight on Sunday.
Offenders stole a white Mazda utility towing a bogey wheel trailer carrying two quad bikes. The offenders drove the vehicle through the locked gates of the premises.
The trailer was recovered on Coopers Road, Parkes whilst the Mazda utility was located burnt out on Brolgan Road Parkes.
Investigations are underway including forensic exminations.

Police have charged a man over a 2017 home invasion in Forbes.
About 3.30am on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, it is alleged that a man forced open the front door of a home in Farnell Street.
Once inside, the intruder allegedly struck a 71-year-old male occupant several times with an iron bar.
Once the iron bar was removed from the alleged attacker's grasp, he ran from the scene.
The injured man attended Forbes Hospital in a serious but stable condition, suffering head injuries.
Following an examination of the scene by officers from Central West Police District, Strike Force Buttsworth was established.
As a result of investigations, on Friday, May 17, police arrested a 44-year-old man on Bridge Street, Muswellbrook.
He was taken to Muswellbrook Police Station and charged with special aggravated break and enter with intent to wound.
He was refused bail to appear at Wyong Local Court via video link on Saturday, May 18.
