At the dinner, at Blue Wren Wines in Mudgee on Friday evening, Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical also won the Excellence in Small Business award and the business' managing director Patrick Lenehan claimed Outstanding Young Entrepreneur.
The accolades for Parkes didn't stop there either - with two other Parkes businesses named among the award winners.
See Solar, Parkes won the StartUp Superstar award, which recognises a business operating for less than two years that delivers a product, service, idea or invention with credible potential and strongly displays an entrepreneurial spirit.
Meanwhile managing director of Ray White Parkes, Tracie Robertson, shared the Outstanding Business Leader award with Rusty Russell from Double R Equipment Repairs in Mudgee.
Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical - who cleaned-up at The Henrys - Parkes Business Awards in October, winning four awards - offer a complete range of vehicle services.
The business has developed numerous systems and strategies to improve the overall customer experience by creating tailored fleet management for their customers.
Mr Lenehan was thrilled with Friday's outcome.
"It was a fantastic honour to receive these awards, which was a combined effort by the entire team and our loyal customers to get us where we are today," he said.
"Our ultimate goal is to be recognised as the best company in the industry, achieving this by offering superior service through continually training staff and seeking out new ventures in order to increase services offered."
Western NSW Business Chamber Regional Manager, Vicki Seccombe congratulated Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical for taking out the region's top honour as 2019 Business of the Year.
"The 2019 Western NSW Regional Business Awards showcase the diverse array of talent in the region's business community and this year's winners should feel incredibly proud to be named as the region's leading businesses for 2019.
"Regos Plus Tyre & Mechanical's win highlights the ingenuity and perseverance of our Western NSW business community.
"Patrick Lenehan started his business five years ago as a young 24-year-old and has, in the last 24 months, nearly doubled revenue and staff.
"Patrick has also implemented a range of new services with a high level of customer service - and he has a great focus on employing young people in Parkes."
For See Solar in Parkes - it all began with an idea, director Rob Ehsman said.
The business strives to supply green, reliable and innovative standalone solar powered lighting and power solutions.
It identified a problem with getting lighting and power to inaccessible and remote areas that on-grid power could not reach or was too expensive.
See Solar has completed a number of significant projects, including a large installation for the fourth largest construction company in the world.
"This award means that an idea I had around five years ago has grown into something that looks like it will be sustainable, innovative and enjoyable," Mr Ehsman said.
"This award brings a sense of achievement and satisfaction to my family, my staff and myself, and provides something to build on in the future."
The NSW Business Chamber described Ray White Parkes as a driven and ambitious property services firm.
Ms Robertson has grown a struggling business from one small rented office in Parkes with five staff, to six franchises across three towns with 22 staff.
Ms Robertson manages all operations of the company which now encompasses real estate services, mortgage broking, training, and guest speaking. She also wrote and produced the jingle for the current Ray White Orange television advert.
Ms Seccombe said the Western NSW Business Awards are made possible by the strong relationships the NSW Business Chamber has forged with hardworking Local Chambers of Commerce in Parkes, Forbes, Bathurst, Canowindra, Cowra, Coonabarabran, Coonamble, Dubbo, Gulgong, Lithgow, Mudgee, Oberon, Orange, Rylstone Kandos and Wellington.
"Through our annual awards program, the NSW Business Chamber seeks to celebrate business excellence in NSW and promote growth by enabling our finalists and winners to share their success stories and lessons learned along the way," she said.
All three Parkes businesses/business people have now qualified in their winning categories for the NSW State Business Awards in Sydney on November 22.
