The stone has now been moved to the Henry Parkes Centre and proudly sits on the lawn beside the path to the front doors.
An official unveiling will be held at a later date, but in the mean time you can visit the rock, take your photo with it, and post it on Phil's official Facebook page at Phil Emmanuel - Official with the hashtag #phil'smemorial.
