Doing Parkes proud are Lara Piercy (U15s Girls State), Meghan Searl and Chloe Carty (U15s Girls Blues), Cody Kirk, Jack Westcott, Ryan Dunford and Hugh Daley (U15s Boys Blues), India Draper (U18s Girls State) and Will Searl (U18s Boys State).
U15s Girls coach Matt Searl said the girls are really excited.
"This is Lara's first time playing for NSW, while Meghan has represented her state for three years now and Chloe for two," he said.
"The girls worked very hard at trials to gain their positions in the NSW teams.
"It's a huge achievement for the Parkes girls, a fitting reward for their hard work and I wish them the best of luck."
U15s Boys coach Ian Westcott said each of the athletes had worked extremely hard over the summer months, and he was extremely proud of their efforts.
"Jack Westcott, Ryan Dunford, Cody Kirk, Hugh Daley, Jacob Chambers and Austin MacGregor participated in the Centre of Development throughout the Central West, all through the summer," he said.
"These athletes were selected by Hockey NSW - due to their continued stellar performances in the State Champions - into the Under 15s state squad, which was compiled of some 60 athletes.
"Training programs were implemented in which two weekend trials were included - one each in Tamworth and Wollongong.
"This is where the athletics had to prove and earn their positions in the state teams."
The NSW state teams were announced at the end of February after the final selection weekend, with all boys playing in the Regional Challenge at Moorebank.
The U15s Boys and Girls teams play in the Australian National U15's tournaments at Narellan commencing on Monday, April 8.
Westcott said the coming week will see the players embark on a life building memory.
"It will be a wonderful experience, playing against all other Australian states and territories," he said.
