Starting at 10.30am the course runs through until 12 noon at Federation House, Southern Cross Village.
The course is appropriate for those who have lost loved ones recently, or in bygone days, and for those who are experiencing any type of loss.
Both practical and emotional support will be offered in a safe and caring environment.

Neighbourhood Central has been involved with palliative care volunteers in association with the Parkes Palliative Care team since about 2012.
The Parkes Palliative Care Team receives about 110 referrals a year offering support and companionship.
