Parkes Shire Council issued an update on the project's progress and residents will find workers in Victoria Street, between Hill and Currajong streets, from today, March 18 to tomorrow, March 19.
They will then continue into Currajong Street, between Victoria Street and Mitchell Street from tomorrow, March 19 to Thursday, March 21.
The works will be undertaken between 7am to 6pm.

Council said residents will be able to access their properties during these times.
Traffic control will be in place during the course of the works and council urges motorists, parents, and carers to be extra vigilant when travelling to schools while road conditions are changed.
Council also issued an update on work in Nash Street, near the new Advanced Water Recycling Facility.
There will be ongoing construction activity in Nash Street, near Field Road, as the recycled water reservoir is constructed.
Council asks motorists to be cautious as trucks and heavy machinery will be frequently accessing the site.
