Dellaca shot a remarkable 46 points off a 20 handicap to lead home the 74 strong field.
It was a welcome return to form for Dellaca on the day the club remembers one of his mates who sadly passed away a number of years ago.
Dellaca was not the only player to register an excellent score as Jarrod Kemp fired for 42 points - a score which is regularly enough to secure the win.
Lindsay Elliott, Brett Cowling, Robert Kelly and Riall Harrison would all be happy with their work, each scoring much better than their respective handicaps to record 40 points.
Todd Jayet, Kieran Deland and Garry Phipps each produced a fine effort to score 39.
Chris Goodie's heart would have been in his mouth as he watched his tee shot on the Idlerite-Tyrepower 1st hole role to only 11cm away from a hole-in-one.
As it was, he had to settle for the easiest of birdies and will continue to chase the elusive par three eagle.
Charlie Allen produced a fine tee shot on the Griffins Leading Edge 4th hole.
He gave himself a good look at a birdie, putting from only 400cm away.
This was also good enough to claim the money hole award.
The excellent tee shots continued on the Dirt Doctor Landscaping 6th hole as Dub Rodgers fired at the pin, leaving himself 314cm for his two.
David Harwood had his radar on as he put his tee shot on the Harvey Norman 11th hole in nice and close.
He had a good look at a birdie from only 125cm away.
Mitch McGlashan continued the impressive ball striking with a very impressive shot into the Westlime 15th hole.
He put his tee shot to only 187cm on the elevated green.
Brad Scott hit a fine approach shot into the Parkes Readymixed Concrete 9th hole, firing to only 345cm from the flag.
Lindsay Elliott did not require the flat stick on the Central West Glass 18th hole after he holed out his approach for an excellent eagle on the short par four.
