Hallie Tomkinson (4) from Forbes couldn't hold back her dance moves any longer, letting loose on the dance floor in the main street on Friday.

Geoff Suede started the evening entertainment on the ARTC Cooke Park Stage after the Cinema Under the Stars movie Jailhouse Rock was cancelled due to the storms and rain in the afternoon. 

Hazel Baker had a great time dancing with the local Parkes Elvii. 

Chris Frost and Heather Beasley of Gosford with Jo Austin of Nambucca Heads and Jenny Lee from Sydney are back in style for their 10th Parkes Elvis Festival.

The new Cooke Park Cafe team were out and about promoting their Elvis menu and their Elvis Festival midnight closing time - Gabby Martino, Ella Cox, Hayley Burrell and Michelle Hofman.

The Preston family of Ipswich enjoyed the evening entertainment on the ARTC Cooke Park main stage - Nate, Sasha, Billy, John and Sophia Preston.

Rick Charles gave a powerful performance of some of the great Elvis hits during the evening on the ARTC Cooke Park Main Stage. 

Jennifer Smith, Merrilyn Cacciotti and Leanne Graham, all of Melbourne and here for their second and fourth festivals respectively, looked stunning in their outfits.

Des and Lorna Fazldeen of Merimbula are back in Parkes for their 13th Parkes Elvis Festival and gave the festival a huge thumbs up for how the festival has so much more to offer each and every year.

Beautiful 3 month old Arabella Salgado slept through the evening after a busy day starring in the Sunrise visit. 

The guitar is back in the fountain for the Parkes Elvis Festival. 

Peter van Kaathoven and Rhonda McDonald of Warrigal Queensland are attending the Parkes Elvis Festival, and danced away Thursday evening at the ARTC Cooke Park Main Stage - they are amazed at how friendly and welcoming everyone at the Festival has been, and thrilled with the wide range of well presented events.

The lovely Pixie Keenan is back in Parkes creating beautiful hairstyles throughout the festival at Colouby Creations.

Craft Corner’s cool air conditioning made it the place to be during the heat of the day at the Parkes Elvis Festival - Craft Corner’s Rosemary Mitchell and Bev Dawson are pictured with Suzie and Kate Tomlinson, Kane Anderson and Sharalyn Sinclair who have all been coming to the festival for over 10 years.

Taco and Chili enjoyed their pram ride down the main street showing off their Elvis suits. 

“Sisters at Elvis” - Jill and Mandy Powell of Wagga, Jo McNeil (Inverell), Kathy Clout (Wagga) and Cath Ryan of Parkes get together each Parkes Elvis Festival for a family catch up.

A box office van in the main street was very handy for festival goers to buy their tickets to shows.

You know its Elvis week when the Cooke Park fountain becomes a giant guitar.

At first the street art in Festival Boulevard (Clarinda Street) didn't seem like much...

But from the right angle it looked pretty awesome. Top job by street artist Rudy Kistler from Dorrigo.

Even Where's Wally (aka Alan Hill from Dubbo) made an appearance at the 2019 Parkes Elvis Festival. Alan was here for his sixth festival. Why Wally you ask?
"Because everyone else is Elvis," Alan said.

There was entertainment around every corner in Festival Boulevard (Clarinda Street).

Strolling Festival Boulevard on Friday was Geoff Wray from Parkes, Michael and Megan Kavanagh from Leura, Ian Wallace of St Clair and Fiona Wray of Parkes.

Helen Bassett from Dubbo, attending her first festival, ran a pop-up ice cream parlour in the main street.

Csaba Belley last took part in the Parkes Elvis Festival street parade with his daughters and wife Judy in 2016 when the theme was Fun In Acapulco. The Parkes man decided to show-off his 1971 VW Beetle that he's owned for 24 years once again for this year's parade, having the exterior decorated by Redgum Signwriting in Parkes. Csaba said he attends the parade every year but this year's was his second, which he participated in with a friend from Port Kembla.

Csaba Belley from Parkes dusted off his fabric hubcap covers that he illustrated himself for this year's parade, last using them in the 2016 parade. Each wheel had a different drawing.

Redgum Signwriting in Parkes helped to decorate the exterior of the 1971 VW Beetle, owned by Parkes man Csaba Belley for the 2018 parade.
