The rear window of a Holden Rodeo utility parked in Short Street was smashed by unknown offenders overnight on Wednesday. The damage is valued at $300.

A motorist failed to stop and supply their details after a silver Mazda 6 was damaged on Saturday. The vehicle, parked in Clarinda Street, received damage to the front near side panel and door.

Parkes Fire and Rescue NSW and police were called to a small fire in Medlyn Street on Wednesday morning. Fire and Rescue crew members extinguished a small fire in a garbage bin around 5.30am.

Unknown offenders broke into a caravan on the Tullamore Road, Peak Hill, at 10am on Sunday and stole $200. Inquiries are continuing.
