Peak Hill Golden Peak Motel awarded Excellence in Customer Satisfaction

David and Carol Cornish of the Peak Hill Golden Peak Motel have received yet another accolade for their hard work and dedication.

The motel has just been awarded the 2018 Recognition of Excellence for Customer Satisfaction by HotelsCombined

The Recognition of  Excellence award is for consistently achieving a high standard of customer satisfaction worldwide.

David said it shows he and Carol are doing the right thing by their customers.

“People seem to like our establishment, because they keep coming back,” he said.  

“We get our regulars and more.

“Our regulars tell other people about us and then they come and stay.

“A lot of our customers come from word of mouth.”

David said he and Carol have owned the Golden Peak Motel for the last 25 years.

“We have won an award every year since 2013,” he said. 

“But this is our first HotelsCombined award.”

Guests who book their accommodation through HotelsCombined are sent a survey which asks them to review their stay.

“We have a score of 8.5/10,” David said.

“We know we can never please absolutely everyone, so we must be doing something right.”

HotelsCombined is a hotel metasearch engine founded in 2005, with headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

The site operates in over 42 languages, handles 130 different currencies and aggregates more than two million deals from hundreds of travel sites and hotel chains.
