Parkes lady golfers took to the course to compete on the recently renovated course last Saturday.
Barb Donnelly was the star of the field, claiming a two shot victory with 70 nett.
Kaye Jones was runner-up with 72 nett, followed by Margaret Hogan on 74.
Hogan’s score, while not enough to win the day, was good enough to claim the gold medal.
The final ball winner was Kasey Fay-Rice on 75.
She finished ahead of Frankie Cock and Denise Charlton via a countback.
Nearest the pins were Kaye Jones on the 1st hole, which she also sponsored.
Lyn Davison was closest on the 4th hole with the award sponsored by Parkes Pharmacy.
On the 6th hole, Lois Godden was nearest and claimed the Telescope Tyres prize.
Frankie Cock finished closest on the 11th hole to win the club sponsored award while Kaye Jones claimed her second award of the day, for being closest on the 15th, sponsored by the Railway Hotel.
