About 1.20am on Sunday, November 19 2017, emergency services were called to Weelong Place at Forbes, after a 31-year-old man was found with significant head injuries on the front lawn of a premises.
He was taken to Forbes Hospital, where he later died on Monday, November 20, 2017.

Strike Force Heinrich was established by officers from the Central West Police District to investigate the incident.
About 2.10pm on Tuesday, September 18, a 38-year-old man attended Forbes Police Station where he was arrested and charged with murder.
He was refused bail and will appear at Forbes Local Court on Wednesday, September 19.
A 38-year-old man, also charged with murder, remains before the courts.
