Cowling shot 97 off the stick for a nett score of 69 to win by three strokes.
She put together a very good first nine holes, 10th to the 18th, shooting 34 nett.
The score was good enough to win by three shots over Kaye Jones who finished with 72 nett.
A further two shots back was Helen Clark with 74 nett, followed by Sue Holman with 76 nett.
Last of the voucher winners was Colleen Flynn with 77 nett.
Flynn won the voucher courtesy of a countback over Glynis Conroy, Margaret Hogan, and Cathy Kelly.
Flynn scored 36 nett on the back nine to win the countback, with Conroy and Hogan scoring 37 nett and Kelly scoring 39 nett for the same holes.
Flynn was also the best with the flat stick won the putting award.
In the nearest the pins, Glynis Conroy was closest on the 1st hole sponsored by Kaye Jones.
Cathy Kelly was closest on the 4th, claiming the prize sponsored by Parkes Pharmacy.
She also won the Railway Hotel prize for finishing closest on the 15th.
Nearest the pin on the 6th hole and claiming the Telescope Tyres prize was Kaye Jones.
Sue Holman claimed the Simon Houston Pro Shop voucher for finishing closest on the 11th hole.
Lyn Davison had a tough day, receiving the Ann Goodie award.
