Cara the Wedge Tailed Eagle came in at 63 days old. She was cared for by a WIRES Raptor carer in Young until she was ready for flight practice at which time she was transferred to another WIRES Raptor carer in Albury.
She was then returned for release back into the wild at a Caragabal property where she was originally discovered.
WIRES would like to thank the property owners for their quick response in containing Cara and notifying WIRES.
