A man who was found in possession of 1.2 grams of methamphetamine and 5.9 grams cannabis was fined $440 for each drug in Orange Local Court on Monday.

Jamie Stephen McGlashan, 40, of Goobang Street, Parkes, was caught with the prohibited drugs in Orange on March 24.
According to police facts, plain clothes police were driving an unmarked car on Maxwell Avenue when they saw a silver Ford Territory driving towards them on the wrong side of the road.
It corrected and narrowly avoided a collision and police turned and stopped it.
The driver, McGlashan was searched and police found in his underpants a syringe containing clear liquid, a small grey pouch containing his bankcard, cash and a sealed bag containing cannabis and another bag containing crystal methamphetamine.
