The event, which raises vital funds and awareness for all women’s cancers, will be held at the Trundle Services and Citizens Club commencing at 6pm.
Organiser Carolyn Keep said the target this year is $20,000.
“We raised a whopping $11,000 last year and $6500 in 2016,” she said.
“We are quietly confident of everyone’s ongoing generous support this year.”
The “Unite In Pink” evening is promising to be more fun than ever with a full schedule of fundraising activities.
“We have a massive all-pink raffle, a huge auction of donated prizes, Cancer Council Merchandise, pink cupcakes, and our CWA ladies have been very busy making lots of pink things for us,” Carolyn said.
“And the Pink Panther will be there!”
Carolyn said in support of the fundraiser, the Trundle Services and Citizens Club are putting on the ABBA tribute band FABBA free of charge.
“The club are kindly providing a free concert, how fantastic is that?” she said.
“Everyone from far and wide is invited to get their pink on and come along to the fundraiser.
“We are hoping to fill our pink buckets to overflowing with donations for this very important cause.”
Carolyn said raffle tickets will be available all day as will free entertainment at the club.
“There will be a chinese smorgasbord available and the Trundle Children's Centre are kindly cooking a barbecue all evening,” she said.
“We will also have a Memory Garden where people can write messages to honour those they have lost.
“It’s going to be a fantastic night – bigger and better and more fun than ever.”
