A 21-year-old Parkes man is in intensive care in a Sydney hospital after a trail bike accident on Sunday afternoon.

Police and NSW Ambulance paramedics were called to the scene 10 kilometres west of Parkes on the Henry Parkes Way at 4.50pm.
It appears the man was riding a dirt bike on a stock route when he crashed.
The man was airlifted to Westmead Hospital suffering head suspected head injuries and broken ribs.

Police are investigating an incident at a hotel in Albert on Saturday night.
A large number of patrons were at the hotel when two males started a series of fights.
The licensee attempted to resolve the situation and asked both men to leave but they refused.
When the males were told police had been called and were on their way they left the hotel.
Police are interviewing witnesses and viewing CCTV footage of the incident.

A 24-year-old Parkes female has been fined $350 for trespassing after she went into a store she was banned from on Sunday.
The woman entered a business premises in Bogan Street that she had previously been issued a banning notice from at 11.30am.
Staff noticed her and asked her to leave, which she did.
Police spoke to the woman and issued her with the infringement notice.

Police are appealing for witnesses to a fail to stop offence on Friday morning.
The owner of a white Mazda CX3 left the vehicle parked in the Village Square car park from 10.30am to 11.30am.
When they returned the car had significant damage to the driver’s side rear door.
The vehicle had been hit so hard it was pushed out of it’s parking space.
The driver of the other vehicle left the scene without supplying details.
