Police were called to a residential address in Philip Street at 11.40pm on Saturday after a noise complaint.
The noise abatement direction was given to the male on Saturday, March 3, after a number of noise complaints.
A female was moved on from the location later the same night for being a nuisance and causing trouble.

Police were called to a licensed premises in Parkes at 6.40pm on Thursday to deal with a 21-year-old Parkes male who was refusing to leave.
After speaking to the man Police searched him and located a small amount of cannabis.
He will be issued with a future court attendance notice for possessing a prohibited drug.
