The woman threatened to burn the neighbours house down and threatened them with a rock.
She was charged with intimidation and common assault.
The woman will appear in Parkes Local Court on March 19.

Police are investigating two reported burnouts on the corners of Medlyn and Keast Streets, and Keast and Woodward Streets.
A resident observed a vehicle do a burnout into and out of Keast Street from their front yard at 5pm on Tuesday.
The resident took note of the registration number of the vehicle and gave it to police.
Investigations are continuing.
