Emergency services were called to the scene of the single motor vehicle accident at 2.30pm on Friday.
The woman was driving a silver Mitsubishi Magna east on Webb Street when she lost control on a bend and came to rest in a culvert on the southern side of the road.
The impact deployed the car's airbags.
Three passengers were in the car at the time, 15 and 16 year-old Parkes females and a 15-year-old female from Forbes.
The 15-year-old Parkes female, who was travelling in the front passenger seat, was taken to Parkes Hospital with minor injuries.

A 53-year-old Parkes man will appear in Parkes Local Court on Friday, October 6, for the offence of possessing a loaded firearm endangering life.
The man was charged following investigations into an incident at a party on The Welcome Road, Parkes, on July 29, where a 16-year-old Parkes male was also charged with a number of firearms offences.
