We started well with Lee Hetheringtons' team once again having a good win 23 to 17, Steve Frames' team went down narrowly 18 to 23 and Brett Frames' team had a good win 24 to 23 giving us a nine points to one win again and a place in the semi final on Sunday morning. A stellar performance from our boys.
Sunday we were up against a strong Beresfield side who had only lost one point in their three games. Lee Hetheringtons' team were well in the game up until half way but then were well beaten at the finish 33 points to eight, Steve Frames' team were in front right to the finish winning 24 to 19 and Brett Frames' team fought hard all the way to go down 23 to 17.
Overall this was a brilliant effort and all the players and the reserves should be applauded for their efforts to get to the top four sides in the State. Many thanks to the Manager Lea Tanks and the supporters who travelled away to share in this great moment for the club.
