The evening is open to all past members of Rotaract District 970 and will take place at the Orange Ex-Services Club.
Rotaract was a community service club based on the Rotary International model and was open to young men and women aged 18 to 28.
The club was active during the 1970s and 80s.
During that time its members participated in many social and community events throughout the district, where many friendships were made.
The upcoming reunion dinner dance, which has mainly been organised by Marg Young and Lynne Auld both past presidents of the Parkes club, will begin at 6pm.
Cost is $60 per head and includes pre-dinner nibbles, a two-course meal, club hire, entertainment and a name badge.
Many past members have been contacted through emails and social media and are expected to travel from most states to attend.
A recover will be held on the Sunday morning with a breakfast catered by members of the Orange Rotary Club followed by a crazy sports day.
Cost is an additional $15.
All tickets must be paid for before the event as no payments will be taken on the night.
For more information regarding the reunion and how to make a payment, contact Marg Young on youngsinorange2@bigpond.com, or alternatively Lynne Auld on auldx5@bigpond.net.au or Graham Williams on daffys99@bigpond.net.au
RSVP is February 29.
