Raptors (five points) defeated Star Hotel (0pts) by five wickets.
A lively fielding effort by the Raptors made it difficult for the Star Hotel to score runs as the Raptors executed no less than four run outs to dismiss key Star batsmen.
Ethan Kosef batted determinedly to top score for Star while the Raptors bowlers shared the wickets around to have Star all out for 99 in 22.3 overs.
In reply, Sam Tighe and Matt Clarke bowled tightly to restrict the scoring of the Raptors as the early part of the innings. Sam Tighe should be pleased with his good figures of 3/13 off six overs.
As the innings progressed Aaron Halls (36no) and Max Keith (16no) took advantage of some loose bowling to quickly steer the Raptors to a comfortable victory.

Pitbulls tail end batsman Andrew ‘Tango’ Tanswell who was seen wearing a big grin after he slammed two boundaries to bring the Pitbulls victory in the last over.
Reedy Creek deserve credit for giving maximum encouragement to their younger players. Batting first Reedy Creek were able to bat out their allocated 30 overs with new player Shane Jessup impressive in scoring 50 runs. Opener Lindsay Hughes looked to be in ominously good form before he was dismissed. Pitbulls best bowler was Jake Brown.
Jake turned in a terrific display of controlled accuracy and good length bowling to return the quite amazing figures of 1/2 off six overs. He was unlucky to have several close l.b.w decisions turned down.
Tim Allen also bowled well to take 3/20 off six overs before he scored 23 runs.
Some good hitting by David Hansen (24) and Gary Dukes (24) helped the Pitbulls in their run chase before Andrew Tanswell performed his heroics at the end of the game.
