Two Parkes men are in custody in Wellington Correctional Centre after being refused bail in Parkes Local Court.

Samuel Davies (23) and Allan Payne (21) were arrested and charged after an incident on Tuesday night.
Police allege three occupants of a unit in Grenfell Street were asleep when Davies and Payne forced their way in at 1.30am.
They allegedly assaulted two men who then fled the unit and notified police.
Police attended and arrested Davies a short distance away.
He was taken to Parkes Police Station and charged with two outstanding warrants, aggravated break and enter commit indictable offence, three counts of common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and intimidation.
Davies was refused bail and appeared before Parkes Local Court on Wednesday where he was further refused bail.
Payne was arrested on Thursday and charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence and two counts of intimidation.
He was refused bail and appeared in Parkes Local Court on Thursday where he was further refused bail.
He appeared in Parkes Local Court again on Friday via audio video link from Wellington Correctional Centre.
Bail was not applied for.
Both Davies and Payne are due to appear in Parkes Local Court on Monday, December 18.

The Parkes Showground has once again been targeted by thieves.
For the second time in a week unknown offenders broke into the race caller’s box and the canteen area.
The offences occurred between 6pm on Monday and 1pm on Tuesday.
A chest freezer containing ice cream, CD player, LG TV and sound system were stolen from the canteen.
Forensic police have assessed the scene.
