Senior cricket competition starts Saturday

A new season of cricket is set to begin for senior cricketers in Parkes on Saturday, October 14, when a new Lachlan Cricket Council Competition begins for 'A' Grade players and the local PDCA 'B' Grade competition also begins.

Lachlan Competition (40 overs a side)

Saturday 14th October - Games to commence at 1:30pm

PDCA Competition (30 overs a side)

Friday 13th October - Game to commence at 6pm

Bowling Club v Star Hotel at Northparkes

Saturday 14th October - Games to commence at 1pm

Beefeaters v Rusty Buckets at Spicer

Parkes Hotel Galahs v Reedy Creek Green at Harrison

Parkes Hotel Honey Badgers v Reedy Creek Gold at Keast 1

Parkes Hotel Pythons v Raptors at Northparkes

Return of results after games - Teams are reminded to return result sheets and risk assessment sheets to Greg Morrissey at 1 Bowditch Crescent, Parkes by 8pm on Saturday evenings after each game.

Team sheets are still to be lodged if the match is washed out or forfeited.

Best and Fairest Player Points are awarded on a 3,2,1 basis by the umpire(s) if present or team captains.
