A Parkes truck driver will appear in court next month in relation to the car accident which claimed the life of a Parkes woman in April.

The 41-year-old man will face Parkes Local Court on three charges following an investigation by NSW Police’s Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit.
He has been charged with negligent driving occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and overtaking a vehicle when unsafe.
Louise Cole, 19, was a passenger in a vehicle which left Henry Parkes Way and hit a tree on April 19.
She died at the scene.
Three of the four occupants of the vehicle were aged 19, the other 21.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the driver and the other passengers for a variety of injuries, with three of the women being transported to Orange Hospital.
The man will appear in Parkes Local Court on Monday, October 16.
