Parkes Action Club president and organiser Gary Somers confirmed the news early Thursday.
As a result, he said there will not be tickets available at the gate on Saturday night.
For those with tickets there is a bus leaving from The Little Theatre car park at 6pm and returning 9.30pm–10pm. A $5 charge will apply.
The exhibition will be open to the public on Sunday from 10am to 4pm, with a gold coin entry.
Quota are doing their ‘all day’ morning teas on the Sunday.
