He was denied entry to a local hotel at 12.30am and refused to leave the vicinity.
The man eventually went away only to return at 1am and once again try to enter the licensed premises.
Police attended and directed him to leave the area.
He refused and a struggle ensued during which police officers received minor injuries.
The man was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station where he was charged with remain in vicinity and resist arrest.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Parkes Local Court on Friday, October 6.

A 45-year-old Woodberry man was caught with 25 grams of cannabis, ammunition and a replica firearm after he was pulled over for speeding on Saturday afternoon.
Police stopped the man on the Condobolin Road at 5pm.
He was given a roadside breath test which returned a negative result.
Police formed the opinion the man was affected by an illicit substance and took him to hospital for blood and urine testing.
The cannabis, ammunition and firearm were located during a search of the vehicle.

A 25-year-old Parkes woman failed a roadside drug test on Friday night.
Police stopped the driver of a green Toyota in Hartigan Avenue at 10.30pm.
She was given an oral fluid test which returned a positive result for illicit drugs.
She was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station for a further DRAGER test which returned a positive result for methylamphetamine.

A BMX bike was stolen from the carport of a residence in Bushman Street between 8.30am and 1.30pm on Friday.
The distinctive blue Mirraco bike, valued at $500 is believed to be the only one sold in Parkes.

A Playstation 4 was stolen from a residence in Boori Street, Peak Hill, between 10.30am and 3pm on Thursday.
