Police stopped the 19-year-old driver of a Holden Commodore in Downer Crescent at 9.05pm on Monday.
He was given a roadside breath test which returned a negative result.
A roadside oral fluid test returned a positive result for cannabis.
Police searched his vehicle and located a small amount of cannabis.
He was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station for a further DRAGER test which also returned a positive result for cannabis.
He was issued a cannabis caution for possession of the drug and will face Parkes Local Court on a driving with an illicit drug present in his blood charge.
A 20-year-old, driving a Ford Falcon, was stopped in Hartigan Avenue at 10pm on Tuesday.
The unaccompanied learner driver was given a roadside drug test which returned a positive result for cannabis.
He was arrested and taken to Parkes Police Station for a further DRAGER test which also returned a positive result for cannabis.
He will face court on the charge of driving with an illicit drug present in his blood.
A 49-year-old man, driving a Holden Commodore, was stopped by police in Bogan Street at 11.55pm on Thursday.
A roadside drug test returned a positive result for methylamphetamine.
He was arrested and taken to Parkes Hospital for blood tests.

Police are reminding residents to lock and secure their vehicles when unattended after two people had their wallets stolen and their credit cards used by the offenders.
A Parkes man lost his wallet sometime between 4pm and 9pm on Monday.
Between 6.30pm and 9pm unknown offenders used his credit card to make numerous purchases at businesses in Parkes to the value of $250.
A second victim, a Parkes female, had her wallet stolen from a Toyota Camry parked in Browne Street between 2.15pm and 2.50pm on Wednesday.
The thief used her credit card in numerous transactions around town amounting to over $1000.
Inquiries are continuing.

A car stolen overnight on Sunday night was found burnt out on Monday afternoon.
The Ford Falcon was stolen from Rose Street between 11pm on Sunday and 4am on Monday.
It was later found completely destroyed in bushland off Henderson Street.
