The two-bedroom home is located at 410 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, north of Wollongong.
A renovation has transformed this original miner’s cottage into a sleek designer beach house.
Flanked by beach and escarpment, the property was recently featured in Real Living magazine.
Agent, One Agency Downie & Denison Pender principal Vanessa Denison-Pender said the home had previously been popular as a holiday rental.
“It has been beautifully renovated - they haven't spared any expense in making sure that it’s completely on-trend,” she said.
“It just goes to show that some of these old miner’s cottages still have a lot of life left in them if you know what to do with one.”

Mrs Denison-Pender said much of the interest from potential buyers was coming from Sydney.
“There’s been a lot of strong price growth in those areas north of Thirroul - Coledale’s been particularly strong - all the way up to Stanwell Park,” she said.
“I think some Sydneysiders are seeing that the northern suburbs are becoming an extension of Sydney.”
The home’s original features include wide timber floors, high ceilings and pot-belly cast-iron stove.
Other features include light-filled designer interiors, living and outdoor spaces; and ocean views with the opportunity to further capitalise by adding a second level (subject to council approval).
It also showcases designer finishes such as white washed floors, custom-made joinery, freestanding bathtub, black tap-ware, designer kitchen and appliances.
