Emergency services were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Armstrong and Cecile Streets on Wednesday afternoon.

At around 5pm, the driver of a Toyota Landcruiser utility travelling south along Armstrong Street failed to give way to a Mitsubishi utility travelling along Cecile Street.
The Mitsubishi spun and stopped in the middle of the intersection.
The Landcruiser continued to travel before colliding with the fence of a Cecile Street residence.
No one was injured in the accident and both parties exchanged their details.
Parkes Fire and Rescue NSW crew members attended and washed fluid off of the roadway.

The owner of a red Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, parked in Clarinda Street on Tuesday night, returned to find it had been maliciously damaged.
The bike was parked in Clarinda Street near Chamberlain Square between 6.30pm and 7pm.
The owner reported to police the bike’s mirror was bent around in the wrong position.
It appears it may have been knocked over and stood back up.
The damage is estimated at $500.
Police will view CCTV in attempt to discover how the mirror was damaged.
