A protester has doused herself in flammable liquid before attempting to light herself on fire outside Parliament House.

Channel 7's Sunrise program was broadcasting from the lawn of Parliament House on Wednesday morning, when a woman doused herself in petrol.
A security guard managed to take a lighter out of the woman's hand, before she could set herself alight.
ACT Policing confirmed they took a woman into custody outside Parliament House about 8am.
The woman was treated for minor injuries and taken to hospital.
It is believed she is a regular protester outside Parliament on sitting days.
One witness praised the efforts of a security guard who helped save the woman.
"There was an officer in a suit ... he's noticed something's up. He's done a terrific job in removing the fuel can from her to minimise the risk, brought her to the ground and I've come up to assist him, along with an Australian Federal Police officer," the witness told Sky News.
"What we did was to calm her down. She was here yesterday morning. I've been here since Monday morning. I was here last night, as well as Tuesday night."
