Staff at a hotel identified the man, who is banned from every licensed premises in the shire, trying to jump the beer garden fence at 8.45pm on Wednesday and told him to leave.
At 10.45pm police were at the same hotel on another matter and observed the man within 30 metres of the boundary.

A 59-year-old Trundle man has been charged with possessing a prohibited drug after cannabis leaf was found in the glovebox of his car.
He was stopped by Trundle police at 10.30am on Wednesday for a random breath test.
He will appear in Peak Hill Local Court on May 12.

A vacant property in Grenfell Street was broken into overnight on Tuesday.
Unknown offenders gained access to the rear of the property and stole a power drill, an air mattress, and an Hitachi rotary drill/jack hammer.
The items are valued at $700.

Unknown offenders damaged solar panels at a property in Bogan Street between Monday, April 17 and Monday April 24.
It is believed the damage was caused by rocks being thrown at the panels.

A public toilet in Memorial Park, Peak Hill, was maliciously damaged overnight on Monday.
Unknown offenders entered the disabled cubicle and used paper to block the toilet.
The seat was also damaged.
