The party was attended by approximately 60 people travelling from Bathurst, Wellington, Dubbo, Parkes and of course Trundle. Nicole’s father Neville Taunton and sister, Kellie Roennfeldt, who travelled from Australind in Western Australia, were the force behind the party being a surprise. The staff at the Trundle Foodstore together with Jen Skinner assisted with decorating the club for a Hawaiian theme and organising guests to ensure Nicole did not find out. Music was provided by Darryl Towney from Dubbo, who was brilliant in entertaining the guests. The Birthday cake was a caramel passionfruit mud cake made by Craig Kearney from Dubbo. The night was enjoyed by all who attended and Nicole would like to thank everyone for coming and making her 40th one to remember.
