Parkes Uniting Care has presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the staff of Target in Parkes for their assistance during the 2016 Uniting Care and Target Christmas Appeal.

Once again the Christmas gift appeal was hugely successful.
Joan Mill said the donations they received amounted to $1500, as well as several beautiful gifts.
“The Salvation Army and Evening View Club also gave a generous amount of gifts again this year,” she said.
“We were able to cater for around 200 needy children in the Parkes area alone.”
Target and Uniting Care say a huge thank you to the Parkes community for supporting the cause so generously once again.
“Thumbs up to the generous people of Parkes and district for their donations,” Joan said.
